Drying Technology

With two redundant air drying units (up to 150°C), which operate in the multi-cartridge mode, the Plasttechnik Hohleborn GmbH has modern drying technology at its disposal. Connected to the drying units is a centralized loader and runner system. The machines are linked by means of a relais.

Temperature Control Technology

Temperature controlling of the tools can be done by water devices (90°C) as well as oil devices (150°C). The standard cooling system operates at 10°C. Additionally it is possible to use a low-temperature cooling unit (5°C).

Hot Runner Technology

Modern hot runner technology (up to 12- point control units) is available to a sufficient extent. All machines start up gently to prevent damage to the mould.
